The Longest Ropeway in Japan

  Dragodola is a ropeway boasting length of 5,281 meters, making it the longest in Japan. It connects Naeba and Tashiro, going up and down the hill in 25 minutes.
  You can enjoy different scenery in each season – skiing in winter, the fall foliage in autumn, and the highland in summer.

Directions●Approx. 50 minutes by public shuttle bus from JR Joetsu Shinkansen, Echigo-Yuzawa Station East Exit. Frequency: Every 90 minutes.
●Approx. 30 minutes by car from Yuzawa IC on the Kanetsu Expressway and by Route 17. (assuming normal traffic conditions)
