Yahiko Summit Park, situated at the ninth station of Mt. Yahiko, boasts an observation restaurant and the Panorama Tower. This impressive tower, standing at 100 meters, rotates and elevates, offering a sweeping view of the Echigo Plain, the Sea of Japan, and Sado Island.
*Please note that the Panorama Tower is closed from November through the winter season, with the specific closure dates varying each year.
The summit is renowned for its spectacular sunset views. As night falls, visitors can indulge in the mesmerizing nighttime panorama of the Echigo Plain and the star-studded sky from the summit. This area has earned its place among the 100 best night views in Japan and is recognized as one of Japan's night view heritages.
*Motorcycles are not permitted in the summit area.
