At Minemura Brewery, we've taken great care to preserve our rich history. We've meticulously relocated and renovated two historical "dozo" (earthen-walled storehouses) that stood on our grounds: one dating from the late Edo to early Meiji periods (approximately 1800s to early 1900s), and another from the Taisho era, which uniquely features a tatami room on its second floor.
Step inside our shop, where our knowledgeable staff, well-versed in the art of brewing, invite you to sample our delectable miso-pickled food served atop warm rice. For an elevated experience, we recommend adding a dash of dashi (Japanese broth) at the end. This simple addition unlocks a burst of umami, creating an unforgettable flavor that truly spreads across your palate.
