This official tourism information website of Niigata Prefecture called Enjoy Niigata (hereinafter "the Website") is operated by the Niigata Prefecture Tourism Association (hereinafter "the Association"). We ask that you accept the following matters when using the Website. The Association may change the terms of use of the Website. In that case, we shall post the revised version of this document, so please check the latest contents.

1. The Association appropriately handles as follows the collection, use and management of personal information based on laws/ordinances on this Website. The Association shall not use information which identifies or which may be able to identify specific individuals (e.g., names, addresses, telephone numbers and e-mail addresses; hereinafter "Personal Information") for a purpose other than the purpose of its collection or provide such information to a third party without the consent of the individual in question or when that is done so in accordance with the provisions in laws/ordinances.
2. The Association shall take appropriate measures to prevent the leakage, misappropriation and alteration of the Personal Information we collect in our management of such information.
3. The Association shall reliably and promptly delete Personal Information that we no longer need to retain.
4. Some of the pages provided on the Website use cookies. Cookies are pieces of information which are sent by the website provider from the server to the user's browser and which are then stored on the user's computer to identify the user's computer. It is possible use those cookies to collect information such as the number of times the Website has been visited from that computer and the pages that have been visited. 5. The Association uses Google Analytics on the Website to understand its usage situation. Google Analytics collects the information of users by using cookies.    In addition, this Site collects data using Google Signals. Using Google Signals, data about site visits from Google Analytics is collected and linked, in a format that anonymizes the logged-in user's Google account information and personal information.
