Onsen Coffee Mizuya is a charming cafe located inside the old-time Hatago Isen hot spring inn, just a stone's throw away from the West Exit of JR Echigo Yuzawa Station. The cafe's interior exudes a rustic, retro charm, designed in an antique style that radiates the warmth of wood.

Here, visitors can treat themselves to an array of delectable sweets that celebrate local flavors and specialties. Sip on "onsen coffee," brewed with hot spring water from the nearby Kandatsu region. Delight your sweet tooth with "Yuzawa Rouleau," a sumptuous roll cake baked from Uonuma's very own koshihikari rice flour. And don't miss the heavenly "onsen pudding," steamed in the waters of Echigo Yuzawa's hot springs.

Mizuya also has a footbath filled with natural hot spring water under its eaves, sure to rejuvenate tired feet.
