Stalls line the paths at this summer festival held in Hakusan Shrine, located in the heart of Niigata City. Although Hakusan Shrine is known for housing the god of marriage, it becomes crowded with visitors not only during its summer festival, but also during the New Year season and the spring and autumn festivals held there.
